The MeelMore icon: a smiling whale

Just what to do now

MeelMore is a calm to-do list that works with your brain when the way you see time is either NOW or NOT NOW! It shows you three things to do NOW and keeps everything else out of the way until it matters, surfacing tasks at the right time and helping you get started instead of stuck.

Coming soon to the App Store for iPhone

How it works

Get it out of your head, then let MeelMore decide what's next.

  • The Now screen with three tasks: Book flights, Fix the TV (overdue) and Water plants (a routine)
Now shows a short list, picked for today.
  • Typing “Gym every Tuesday at 6pm” in the capture bar, which shows it will be a routine on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
Type it or say it. Dates, times and routines are picked up as you go.
  • A big task broken down into small steps
Big task? Break it into small steps.
  • The Not Now screen with tasks grouped by where you can do them
Everything else waits on Not Now.
  • The Routines page: daily, weekly and monthly routines grouped into Today, Tomorrow and Later
Routines come back daily, weekly or monthly.
  • MeelMore's Home Screen widgets in two sizes
See what's next from your Home Screen.

Made to get you started

Small wins first, gentle reminders, and no guilt about the rest.

Warm Me Up

Not ready for the big stuff? Get the three easiest tasks to build some momentum first.

Daily priorities

Each morning MeelMore asks what matters today and moves those tasks to the top.

Friendly reminders

A heads-up before something's due, worded for the task and personal to you.

Long thoughts, short tasks

Say a whole sentence. MeelMore picks out the task and the due time, and keeps the rest as notes.

Untouched tasks get smaller

If a task sits for a couple of days, MeelMore helps split it into steps you can actually start.

Works without the extras

No Apple Intelligence? Simple mode keeps everything working, just without the smart touches.
